FIRST TIME IN INDIA we have successfully accomplished the Autologous Immune Enhancement Therapy for cancer.

  FIRST TIME IN INDIA, we have successfully treated a Diabetic patient* with Critical Limb Ischemia using Bone Marrow Stem Cells, jointly with Vijaya Vascular Surgery Department.

* For patients with non-diabetic critical limb ischemia earlier similar treatments have been reported in other places.

2006Aug   A wetlab on RPE dissection was conducted by Dr S. Natarajan, Director, Aditya Jyot Eye Hospital, Mumbai. The scientists of NCRM were trained on tissue handling and an exposure to the anatomy and intricacies of Approaching retinal, subretinal regions in case of trying cell therapeutics to ARMD etc.,
2006 June   In the 4th Annual Meeting of the International Society for Stem Cell Research (ISSCR: http://www.isscr.org) our work on Hepatic failure treatment using foetal hepatocytes was presented. This was done jointly with Owaisi Hospital, Hyderabad headed by Dr C.M. Habibullah
