		Third Anniversary Bulletin of NCRM named as "Cell-e'bration" with a subtext "In-venting all thats STEMulating from NCRM" was released by Prof. K.R. S. Sambasiva Rao during the Third Anniversary of NCRM on the11th October 2008. The first copy was received by Dr. Tomoki Aoyama.
