AUTOLOGOUS IMMUNE ENHANCEMENT THERAPY (AIET) FOR WELLNESS

Autologous Immune Enhancement treatment can also be applied to healthy people to combat stress to boost the immune system and to prevent the incidence of cancer, viral infection etc.

It has been proven that the Natural Killer Cells and Cytotoxic T lymphocytes are responsible for destroying the cancer cells and controlling the viral infections (1). However when the NK cell profile is lower in human body, it can lead to higher incidence of cancer as proven in a study by Imai et al (2) . A 11 year follow up of 3625 residents of a Japanese community for their NK cell profile was done and the results published in Journal- pubmed link has indicated that a higher cytotoxic activity of the cancer destroying cells are correlating with a lesser cancer incidence.

Another study by Montelli et al (3) has concluded that the NK cell activity was significantly lower in a group of brain tumour victims in a familial manner (n=15) compared to healthy controls of similar parameters.

The above data suggests that a routine analysis of one’s own NK cell profile would be ideal especially in those who have already had a cancer, those who have a family history of cancer and those who become victims to viral infections frequently when the NK cell profile is significantly lower than the optimal levels, they can undergo an Autologous Immune Enhancement Therapy to boost their immune system.
