1. In India as per the ICMR guidelines the stem cell aplication is done as an experimental therapy and the guidelines are availabe at: http://www.icmr.nic.in/stem_cell/stem_cell_guidelines.pdf

2. The stem cell applications are done by hospitals to whom NCRM provides services such as Stem cell isolation, NK cells expansion etc based on a MoU. The responsibility of NCRM are limited to the above procedures and documentation on the same, where as the hospitals take care of clinical assessment, harvesting and application of the stem cells

3. NCRM dosen't handle embryonic stem cells, umbilical cord stem cells or any other type of non autologous stem cells.

4. As the hospitals to whom we provide the service may take service(s) of other stem cell institutes, therefore we may not be held responsible for any thing when stem cells given are from other sources about which the patients are requested to confirm with the hospital where the stem cell applications are done.
