1. We shall follow the highest ethical, medical and legal
guidelines prevailing at the time of execution of any research, training
or clinical application protocol and continue to keep on updating our
knowledge and systems by our own research as well as by interaction and
exchange with like minded institutes with reputation, worldwide.
2. We shall consider any breach in the health of a fellow
human being as ours and always remember that such people deserve the
highest priority of attention as they are the centre of any health care
set up, and help the medical and paramedical personnel in providing them a
care for cure with compassion.
Ethics Committees
NCRM has an Institutional
Ethics Committee (IEC) constituted as per the guidelines of Indian
council of Medical Research (ICMR) which
will evaluate all our research projects and clinical applications. The IEC of NCRM consists of a retired judge, medical practitioners of
various specialty, basic medical scientists, social worker, theologian,
members from both gender, people of various walks of life are represented
as per the ICMR norms. NCRM is also determined to transparently report to
the higher authority like ICMR about the constitution and proceedings of
the IEC.
As per the recent amendment of
the ICMR, an Institutional Committee for Stem Cell Research and Therapy
(IC-SCRT) has also been formed which meets periodically to evaluate our
relevant activities.
