Dr. G. Sitalakshmi
This symposium is dedicated to Dr. G. Sitalakshmi, former chief of Corneal Services, Sankara Nethralaya & Principal Investigator in the Corneal Stem Cell Project with NCRM. Dr. H. N. Madhavan paid a tribute to Dr. Sitalakshmi and presented her work till date in corneal stem cells. The moderators of the symposium Dr. Sunita Saxena(Director, Institute of Pathology, ICMR) and Dr.Sujatha Mohanty (Stem Cell Facility, AIIMS) were introduced.
