Country's first Doctorate programe in stem cell research

Quiz competition on stem cells to be held:

The Fujio Cup Quiz, an exclusive competition on stem cells and regenerative medicine will be held in October 2008 in commemoration of the third anniversary of Nichi-In Centre for Regenerative Medicine (NCRM), an Indo-Japan joint venture in the city. UG or PG students of medicine, biology and biotechnology within the four southern states will be eligible to participate. The winning team will receive a prize of Rs 10,000 and the prestigious Fujio Cup.
